Kevin P. Conway, Managing Partner Attorney
Kevin P. Conway is the managing attorney and has practiced law in the financial community for over 38 years. Mr. Conway has enjoyed a high level of success within the securities, futures, and commodity litigation/arbitration area and has practiced before federal and state courts. In addition, his practice includes disciplinary matters before the securities and futures self-regulatory organizations and the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). Mr. Conway has represented several trade organizations, international commodity merchants and merchant bankers as well as American and foreign individuals.
During Mr. Conway's 38-year career, he has dealt extensively with major exchanges, trade organizations and courts. Prior to forming Conway & Conway, he served as counsel to a major international merchant banker, counsel to the New York Mercantile Exchange and was the vice president and chief compliance officer of the Exchange.
